I'm excited to bring you this internet store. It's something that will only be appreciated immediately by some, and if others decide to try it out, they're sure to have a new favorite collectible on their hands.

BigLittleBooks.net is run by a bona fide Big Little Book expert. On the site you can browse hundreds of classics on sale as well as pictures of the webmasters extensive Big Little Book collection.

These are wonderful for kids and a blast from the past for adults and BigLittleBooks.net is the only store on the internet that sells them exclusively.

My dad has a large collection of Big Little Books in his basement. About 7 large boxes filled to the top with Big Little Books in various condition. These were his Big Little Books from when he was a child and as he grew older he placed them in these boxes and there they have sit ever since.

I love going to my dads house and showing them to my kids, that always brings a smile to their face. My dad (now almost 80 years old) always talks about selling them off and I always talk him out of that idea. I think they are more valuable to us as a family heirloom.

The distinctive thing about Big Little Books is their size i.e, their thickness (big) and their dimensions (little). A Big Little Book is the fusion of a novel with comic book in that it's like a simplistic novel with some pictures. Big Little Books generally have a hard cover and are about 3.5 inches by 4.5 inches in size. Big Little Books were produced from 1932 until the present, although the most well known and collectible Big Little Books are the vintage Big Little Books from the 1930's, 1940's and 1950's - which are the years that most of my dads collection is from.
